Inevitable
is the first book in a series and yes it has a cliff-hanger but I was prepared
for that as I knew it was the first in a series.
Cassandra
is a young 22 year old who has been wronged in a relationship and has left the
whole world of dating and lives a solitary life where she is quite happy. In moves Logan next door with his gorgeous
little boy Oliver. Hillary and Caleb are
the supporting characters and they are fantastic. Logan is hot, rich and swoon worthy but oh so
damaged from his broken marriage. His
wife left him not long after their child was born and he doesn’t get close to
any woman.
The
book moves through the relationship that blossoms (friends only) between
Cassandra and Logan. Frustrating at
times the relationship eventually blooms to something more but not before
tragedy strikes and they end up never actually being together.
Lucky
for me book two is out so I will be reading it straight away. I loved this story, and it is well worth the
one click needed to purchase it.
